E-Tax Woes

Dear Australian Tax Office,

Seriously guys, What the fuck? This is the fifth year that you've had e-tax and you still haven't worked out that the load on the servers is going to be big on the last week of October? Seriously? Are you a bunch of idiots? BUY MORE SERVERS. You obviously don't have the resources to handle the load. And really, if you are going to have the servers down all the time so that whenever someone tries to prefill their returns they just get an error, how about fucking checking if they ever managed to download their data before locking them out of the prefill service for downloading their data more than 5 times. HELLO!!I downloaded my information successfully 0 times, why the fuck are you locking me out "as a security measure and precaution". Do the guys who write this Software even know what they were doing or have any qualifications?

When I call this e-tax help desk number they better answer my call and unlock my account quickly and easily, but from my current e-tax experience i don't have high hopes.

Well they managed to answer my call quickly only to inform me that it's a 24 hour lockout and I just have to wait. Why the hell didn't it say that in e-tax? Also it doesn't solve my problem, I'm still going to have to wait till some ungodly hour of the morning when everyone is asleep before trying again on Thursday morning or I'll just get locked out again.

iPhone issues

Dear Steve Jobs,

Why do you make it so fucking hard for me to quickly get a new song on my iPhone? This morning I had a spare 10 minutes before I needed to leave to catch my train and I thought I would take the opportunity to put a new song on my iPhone. So I opened my new song which loaded it in to iTunes, so far so good. I then connected my iPhone to my mac and clicked sync. Now why the fuck does it do the backup first!? I backed up yesterday, this is not an important operation, it should happen last. Luckily you can just skip the backup so not too much time lost, now just sync my song and I'll be on my way. Oh no what's this, you want to copy the new apps on my phone to the mac? Before syncing my song and not letting me cacel the operation? You're fucking shitting me. That's the most retarted workflow I've ever encountered. So now I'm waiting for it to copy the apps and it just kinda stops on one... Seemingly not doing anything. I'm sure it would have finished eventually but I was out of time and already late for my train. So now I have to spend the whole day not listening to the song I wanted to. Lucky Queensland transport is as good at making their trains run on time as you are at syncing so I didn't miss my train.
